Standout Jobs

Standout Jobs is a refreshing new take on HR software. Their platform allows companies to promote their employer brands and facilitates real conversations between them and their potential recruits. Put simply, Standout Jobs is HR 2.0.

When SoJ was ready to start working on version 2, they asked us to work with them on the transition. We worked with their all-star team (including ruby legend Marc-André Cournoyer) to break apart their prototype in to several smaller apps. Now that the transition is complete, Standout Jobs is able to make changes more quickly, and deploy them with fewer side-effects.
